For the third year in a row, the Camera Club of the Philippines once again partnered with the Cancer Society of the Philippines in capturing the Best Dressed Women of the Philippines.   The Philippine Cancer Society, a non-profit organization gives assistance to cancer-stricken Filipinos for more than 50 years through its cancer awareness campaigns and medical missions.
